Lydia Gosling joined as our HR Specialist in November 2021. Lydia joins us with extensive experience working in HR-generalist roles, in both the private and public sector. She has worked with blue- and white-collar employees in the Logistics, Warehousing and Distribution sector, as well as Further Education.
Lydia has an MSc in Human Resource Management and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).
Lydia has a broad knowledge in operational support as well as delivering strategic initiatives to Senior Executives and Directors. She is commercially-focussed and champions effective and efficient communication, which she will always promote when working with clients.
Lydia supports businesses that may require HR specialist support in a variety of ways including, acting as your HR Director, your interim HR Manager or on-going HR Advisor.
Lydia specialises in workplace investigations whether it be a complex disciplinary matter or a sensitive grievance issue, she will ensure it is done professionally, objectively and fairly. She is also experienced in effective absence-management and employee engagement initiatives.
