An insightful event yesterday at the HIVE 360 offices in Birmingham where Peach Law and HIVE 360 discussed the up and coming new changes in 2020 and getting the most out of your employees through employee engagement.
Our Lindsey Bell kicked off the event with the key significant employment law changes coming into force on 6 April 2020 and how this will be impacting businesses, as well as highlighting other key areas that may be coming in, in the future! Carrie Cosgrave then went on to discuss employee engagement, the impact it has on a business and practical tips and ideas on how businesses can increase their employee engagement. David McCormack, CEO Director, HIVE 360 concluded the seminar with a great insight in to the survey they carried out and highlighting how their employee engagement platform can support businesses with employee work-life experience.
